      If you ever want to run the bridges, let me know. I have a nice route from my place over both of them with water stops that range from 7.5+ miles

    Ran with TK, we kept the pace slow and ran her normal 4:1 intervals. Knee started bugging me around mile 8 and hurt afterward. Super humid, also stopped for a potty break.

    I forgot how much harder it is to push a stroller! Supposed to be an easy 3, but after taking a week off (not by choice) and taking Mackenzie with me, this felt a lot harder than it should. Blah!

      Way to go! I've never attempted to push a stroller while running because when I started running, my boys were no longer in one. :-) So, I applaud anyone that is able to do it and keep a decent pace. Good job!

      lol Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry. I misread your post. Now, I reread it and I feel dumb. For some reason, I read my "running buddy" as my "little buddy". I thought you were referring to your daughter for some odd reason. Ugh! Maybe I need to clean my glasses this morning. Sorry. Yeah. I remember Megan. :-)
