Off to the sports center today for day 1 of ITB rehab to figure out how I should tackle getting my legs back to 100%.

    How much strength training do you do Mike? Bad ITB usually comes from weak glute muscles. Squats typically help that department a lot. Do you cycle much, I cannot remember.
