    May be showing my ignorance or stupidity here MIke but what does the W2D2L3/W6D2L2 mean?

    Oh, sorry! These are 6 week programs. So for instance, W2D2L3 would read as "Week 2, Day 2, Level 3." Which is why my stomach currently kills b/c I'm on the last week of that program. They work though!
