    Trying to get miles in. No matter how slow. Brisk walk about the neighborhood.

    Off to the sports center today for day 1 of ITB rehab to figure out how I should tackle getting my legs back to 100%.

      Oh, sorry! These are 6 week programs. So for instance, W2D2L3 would read as "Week 2, Day 2, Level 3." Which is why my stomach currently kills b/c I'm on the last week of that program. They work though!

    200 situps: W6D1L2 - 60, 75, 38, 35, 75 = 283

    3x1:00 planks

    Vitals - 194.4 lbs @ 15.8% BF

    All in all not a bad morning!
