    lungs are almost back to full capacity since burning man ;) i wanted to run 8 but i just ran out of energy. legs were cranky too.

    Chelsea and I went together, very motivating! First three miles were hard due to decreased lung capacity from breathing tons of dust at burning man! Last 3 miles were awesome!

    Incredible! I took 1.5 min off my pace from the last marathon. I've been riding my bike to school and what a difference it has made in the strength of my legs!

    Rough at first, getting the legs moving, the last mile felt great. So happy to have the rain cool off the temp a bit...heat is not my running friend.
