  4. FYI if you haven't heard yet....BAA announced that anyone who was unable to finish before 2:50 PM on Marathon Monday, will be granted a space in the 2014 race. Way to stay classy BAA!

      I havent found a way to balance this yet at all, especially with little littles who still cry as I run down the driveway. No matter when I run there is guilt that it's taking away from family time. I just try to run faster to get back home. 5ks are about my training length at this point until the kids go to school...or we win the lottery :)

    The glamor muscles...p90x shoulders and arms...amazing what a difference it make to me when I don't do this at 5:40 in the morning without eating first! Much better mud day for me!

      @sarah it's awesome! Arguably the best full body workout program out there (I've never done cross fit but this I can do at home with a pull up bar, and a couple of free weights). I did the actual full program about 3 or 4 years ago after I had my youngest. I tried Insanity and I didn't like it....hurt my knees and it was all sprint workouts in place. That's when I decided if I was going to do sprint workouts, I'd start running again. :) I hate working out....but p90x is fantastic!

      Thanks @joe...Last year I did Providence marathon 3 weeks after Boston and I was toast! This year I'm trying to do more xtraining inbetween training cycles. I'm aiming for a PR at Smutty in the fall so I don't start that training until June....replacing all of the p90X cardios with runs to integrate....we'll see how it goes....fingers crossed bikini ready for the summer! ;)
