    With Hubby :) He's a trooper (going slower for me) BUT my pace is def increasing. A little head wind here and there and still sore toes. BUT all in all a great ride!

      Hey, another "Thorntonite" - don't see too many on DM. Sounds like a difficult but great ride - good job!! It seems like the weather's always a little more extreme down Monument way but beautiful country.

      @Vickie...thanks! yes Monument's weather is extreme for sure...we were expecting about a 10 MPH head wind. I should mention that we also climbed 2000ft in elevation in just that short distance... YIKES!

    Started with a 5 min warm up on the treadmill at an 8 incline. Then did the circuit for lower body and an ab work out.
