      Anne - I forget DM doesn't post what you set in the dropdown for type of workout. :/ It was weights and crunches. I don't remember exactly how many, but biceps, triceps, abs, and shoulders all got a workout. :D

    Trying to get back into the swing of things... again. My body is feeling crappy for doing nothing. It's hard while adjusting to a new job, but I need it.

      Classes can be good. Depends on the instructor, of course. I have found tapes and dvds helpful too - yoga journal has nice ones and my favorite -"total yoga" - is now on dvd. Once it's too dark to ride after work, yoga will be a good alternative.
