Great speed work. We did 1/2 mile warmup, some drills, 8x400's with 200 walks in between. 400 cool down.

Easy ride from La Verkin to Sand Hollow and back while the boys were at Safety Town. I was supposed to run, but there was no way, my legs are dead from yesterday. :)

Run in La Verkin while the boys were at Safety Town. Man it was hot. 85 degrees at 9:45. Tomorrow I'm running at 6:30. :) My legs felt way slow and tired. Recovering from a marathon is tough!
