    1.1 mile swim at the lake that is 80° in a full wetsuit! I haven't swam since Ironman in May!! I need to go at least once a week... Then we ran across the dam and back- 2.15 miles.

    Ran 4.5 before Little Hollywood 1/2 marathon. Then ran the 1/2. Then ran up the course to encourage some of our friends and get 20 miles in!
