    Great crossfit tonight! WOD; 20 air squats, 20 kettle bell swings, 20 box jumps and a 400. x3. My time was 13:28 And running with sandbags and weights for time also. Fun stuff!!

    Run in La Verkin while the boys were at Safety Town. Man it was hot. 85 degrees at 9:45. Tomorrow I'm running at 6:30. :) My legs felt way slow and tired. Recovering from a marathon is tough!
