    Ready to start posting here again. I'm training for my 5th marathon using Hansons method. Today was an 8 mile tempo (at 9:00-9:10 pace) plus warmup/cool down.

    SO cold. I got a mile out and my feet were ice blocks so I turned around. They started to warm up by the time I got back so I added on another mile. Winter is here!
