      so what does this workout look like in terms of reps/sets? just curious how much you do in 30 minutes..probably twice as much as I could ;)

      Wow, sorry. I didn't log on for two weeks! WTH? I usually do 3 sets of 1-12 reps depending on how much of my max I'm lifting.
