      Thank you so much, my friend. I am confident..I am already doing things today that I couldn't 2 days ago. If the marathon was this saturday, I'd be freaked..but I have another week. I have faith. Just upset that I am missing these runs down the stretch.

      It wasn't bad..low 70s..just enough to throw me into shock after a long winter. Wearing all black wasn't exactly a stroke of genius on my part.
