It's been a while since I've done Yasso 800's, but I still love them...
Haven't run this loop in a while...took the first interval to feel things out. Other than that...not too shabby!
Warm up and Cool down at 10:50 pace, plus an extra 800 pacing a friend @ 4:44.
800m splits: 4:07, 3:56, 3:58, 3:51, 3:55, 3:59.

Great one Amanda! I decided to stay at the track. It was lit, the lacrosse team was a good distraction too. I saw you but didn't get a chance to say hello.

Just looked up my splits from last season. All were in the 4:36-4:42 range. Now I'm very pleased!
