First run of the week. Sadly cut it short due to feeling lightheaded. It was humid out & silly me forgot to bring water.

I had a run like that the week before last. Heart rate went through the roof on what should've been an easy peasy run. So now you won't forget the water, and neither will I. ;)

I know last week I was carring water with me. I haven't been running very far lately but the heat/humidity was pretty rough.
