    Lunch workout with co-workers! Side note: I won my Boot Camp Challenge by losing 8.4 lbs and 4.5 inches-go me! I got an extra month of boot camp too!

    Last day of boot camp and it was a sweaty workout! In the three weeks, I've lost 8 pounds so I'm pretty happy about that! :-)

    Started off with core at Boot Camp then a 2 mile run. I'm glad one of my counselor's mom's started talking to me because I was about to stop at a 1.5 but I kept pushing!

    Good, steady run today and the best part is that it's done! Starting boot camp on Monday at 5:30am...these pounds need to start melting away so I can beat the hubs in our weight loss challenge!
