just 4 race pace intervals to start the weeks off.. Really was trying to get in my mind the pace I need to set at the start of the race. It is SO easy to get ahead of yourself and what seems like the right pace is really faster than it seems. So I thought about form, foot speed and breathing... 3 of the 4 were at 7:05 pace.. so that is good.
