To continue this unplanned low mileage - low effort week... I added a 3 miler today. Legs felt like lead today ... was supposed to be a 3 mile race pace, but that wasn't going to happen at ALL... so J2 and I just ran the 3 and nothing more to say about it. I'm taking this taper thing a little to far. Will get a good 13 in tomorrow and put some 1/4 mile intervals in on Monday those ought to get some spring back in my step.

Nothing wrong with stepping back and taking it easy for a week every now and then, nice job getting some miles on the books.
