10 min moderate pace - 10 min work up to race pace - 10 min cool down. Legs are still feeling a little beat up for some reason. .I don't think my main training shoes are needing to retire.. but may give that a shot.. rest day tomorrow and easy 5 on Friday my get them to feeling better.

Well, the tempo workout on tired legs always helps build toughness anyway, but good to follow it with a rest day. Nicely done, and hope the rest helps.
