      James, I have had it on three different occasions. The first was the worst. Bought a sock to sleep in and that helped. Used acupuncture successfully to heal and minimize the pain on the second and third bouts. For what it is worth.

      Harmony Wellness and Rehab. by Baptist East. Dr Todd Lempicki, 277-1234. Helped with the pain and, I believe, stimulated circulation to flush inflamation to speed healing.
