    3 miles non-stop. Splits: 11, ~9:45, ~ 9:35. Feeling: eh. Hard. Didn't want to. But glad I did. 7th workout in 5 days with 2-a-days (bike+run) over weekend.

    First time on treadmill in a long time. It was...boring. Thank goodness for Entertainment Tonight.

    Really didn't want to do this, but glad I did. 2.5 mile warm up, 15 miles at 16-18 mph, 2.5 mile cool down.
