    The legs felt markedly better than yesterday; attributing yesterday's issue to poor hydration.
    Ran this one straight out of bed.

    Evening run up to the Boulevard, returning via Crescent Heights, turning east at the eponymous rug emporium.

    Legs performed well; high eighties around 11AM when this was performed.

    Took a few hits resulting in an egg on one's foot, and a sore left leg.

    Left vastus laterals took a hit with the board whilst surfing. Pain throughout the run. No bruising yet.

    Long day at work.
    Needed to create some degrees of separation between the office and the pillow.
    Lovely, after-dark run. Hollywood Boulevard west of Fairfax is soothing and quiet.

    Felt quite weak after one's workday. Resolved to run to make the best of a tiring day. Legs were quite dead in the beginning, but the sunset on display at the end made the effort worth it.
