      Maybe the Final Mile will do a race like that. Everyone is forced to stop for 30 seconds every 2 miles. That time is not counted against them. Do you know anyone that works for Final Mile?

    I didn't prepare at all, which probably wasn't the best idea. I decided to run 2 minutes before I started running. It's also a little hotter than I expected.

      Thank you. That is a longest run I've ever done. I'm looking forward to a longer and better prepared run. Maybe in a couple of weeks.

    The Deltona Middle School 5k was a very easy course. Very flat. Great time of year. I expect to run it again next year.
