{2:34:13} [1000] - Boston Prep 16miler 2012 - great time with everyone! Sorry I didn't back off enough to run with the Runner's Alley crew, I was almost there! Great to see so many people there, but I'm never running this f'r again. (until I change my mind tomorrow) 1st mile was about 11:30, picked it up from there. {In zone (120-157) for 2:10:48} I started looking forward to the post race burger at about mile 12... the best burgers are the ones after 13+ miles in the winter. Now the training begins.
