    Nice wee jaunt on a stormy day. Ran into a family of goats 1.5 miles up the road. Had to have a chat because I didn't fancy getting chased by the mother with babies. Lol

    Pouring rain, 49* but a good run all the same. Gotta train in it. New Craft jacket was ok, didnt keep me dry, but once again the Pearl Izumi N1 trail shoe was awesome.
