    First outside run in 2 weeks! No back pain, just a little bit of stiffness. I am so happy to be back!

      No I usually stick to the New Milford, Brookfield, Danbury area along Candlewood Lake. It is close to home and I know the area better.

    Added a bike ride into the mix since I am not overly fond of long miles on the treadmill! Cross training is a good thing. Works well for me.
