    I had some library rentals to drop off... so I ran up there. The hills on this run are a killer.

      You're back on daily mile. Cool! I have been using sportyPal pro for my phone. It updates automatically. I wanted one for daily mile but couldn't find one. Do you have an app for your phone?

    I pushed the heavier weights today. I've never done deltoid flies with 15 lbs. I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.

      Anna - I used to hate them to when I started out. I actually love them since doing p90x because you get to do all the different variety of them!

    We have a 5.5 hour drive today so I chose running instead of P90X so my body wouldn't tighten up the whole way.

    I only had the time to get in half of the core synergistics so I did the moves that I felt were the hardest. I've been in a time crunch lately. Tis the season!

    I was jammin to my ipod while doing this workout and it felt great. Now after the workout and massive house cleaning my back is killing me... my bath tub is calling my while my kiddos are napping!

      NO! Trust me... I have my days where it feels like torture, but I can push through. You crack me up!

      I did the legs and back on Friday... my left butt cheek is STILL sore!

      I have always had low back issues since I was 19 years old (thanks for nothing, cheerleading!!) So, I have to be extra careful with exercises that are hard on my back (like many in ab ripper and also running!) or I will end up with radiating pain down both legs for months. When I was pregnant with Rebekah, I had to walk with a walker the last 5 months of my pregnancy because the pain was so bad. There is a fine line between pushing myself to gain muscle and hurting myself.

      I really think it is the holidays! I had to take the garland off the whole landing and start completely over since I started with the wrong end and had a "helpful" neighbor tell me that my garland doesn't light up! Then had to have someone yell at me all the way home that I was "2" minutes late picking him up...the last thing I feel like is another workout, pizza and bed are on our agenda!!! I have heard the that pizza puts all male species into a state of hibernation:-)

      Working out for 90 minutes would put anyone in a state of "being distracted" On the core workout, can you do the Drea Roll? I cannot, for the life of me, get back up after the roll! I end up just going back and forth on the floor.

      I kept having to think about the workout instead of everything else I should be doing.... uhhh!
      Yes, I can do the drea roll but it's not one of my favorites. The one I hate the most is the chataronga run. I have a bad hip and it pops in and out everytime I do it, so I run in plank and then hold chataronga without moving my legs... or else I'll walk around like I've been riding a horse all day!

      Sarah, you must be very coordinated! I can't run on the treadmill, ipod and watch tv without getting disoriented and falling off!!

      I intended on getting up before church, but we had a Christmas party Saturday nite and sang karaoke until almost 1 am. Tis the season!! After church, I took a nap (no way I could work out) and then we spent the rest of the day doing fun Christmas stuff as a family. So, it didn't happen for me today.
