    Ugh. Hot and humid run. First night back to running since Jack's surgery (a whole week). Took a detour to run through 7 sprinklers; Sprinklers are amazing.

    Got in a good run tonight. Ran through a sprinkler (ok...twice) and played a little air guitar (yes...seriously). Felt great after a crappy day! Maybe not my best time, but hey! At least Im running!
