    I felt really sluggish today, I was shocked when I saw my time because it felt even slower than that but I'll take it. I just need to keep at it and build my base.

  15. So, I'm moving to Washington state in the Spring and I'm starting to look for races but there are a TON!!! Any suggestions on some must do races in the Seattle/ Tacoma area?

    I love my vibrams but running in cold and wet conditions sucks, next time I'll just wear my shoes. My toes were popsicles.

      I am not a fan of wet or cold either. But the hot chocolate afterwards that I give myself makes it worth while. Find a reward that you can look forward too.
