    Did a 90lb 3 rep max push press. Pretty awesome considering my goal was to do 60lbs!!

    If you think you're in decent shape, try running up and down stairs! I did the stairs 5 times and ran the rest of the time. I tested out my new Mizuno wave inspire shoes, they felt great.
