      yes, by about a minute. my time last year was around 24 minutes, so this was good improvement. i hope next year i can break 22 minutes! you did great - you passed me, apparently!

    Ran at lunchtime with a coworker and felt only slight pain at first, that subsided as I ran. I think I might be healed (knock on wood).
