The back pain is gradually going away. It's best when I'm walking or lying down to rest, but sitting for more than 5 minutes is really painful. Picking up my 25 lb. infant doesn't help, either! Anyway, the walk felt great. I did static lunges while my picky pup looked for the best place to do her #2. lol.
