Met up w/ Katie A. and ran 2.32 miles to the track. Once at the track I had every intention of doing a fierce workout, but in the end only did a couple of 400's as I have been having hip flexor issues and didn't want to push it.
At the track - 800 at 3:28
I then did an 800 RI at 4:08
After which Katie and I just cruised the track for a mile and then took it home. While my track workout wasn't what I had in mind today, I am still pretty happy with my run and pace and loved catching up with Katie all just the same!!!

Usually I go to Campbell CC,Fremont HS or Deanza College, but today we just went to a HS in Katie's neck of the woods.
