Doing a long run by myself is not ideal, at least for me. Thank goodness Meg G. came out and ran some miles with me! Stayed on the dirt and gravel fire road for the most part with a consistent pace of 9:25. After parting ways with Meg I then hopped on some single track to change up the routine for a few miles. This of course slowed my pace to a 12:00 avg pace, but at least it was beautiful which in turn kept me motivated to run.
