Early morning meetup run with the folks from Competitor. Started the morning by filling my amphipod with soy milk instead of water - Guess I wasn't really awake. Took awhile to warmup but felt good overall at a nice consistent pace! Even got some cool RnR swag after to boot! Fun morning overall, glad I got my arse out bed.
Nice! Great run :) I had this really cool RnR water bottle that I left at the gym and got thrown away :(
But I'm not doing the SJ RnR this year.

Hey Jamey - It was a meetup with the Rock N Roll kids. They are just promoting the race by holding group runs with swag and bagels and coffee.
