great Woodside Ramble 10k 6 mi 01:10 11:39 pace

So glad I decided at the last minute to do this 10k Trail race! This was exactly what I needed to remind myself of why I love to run! First four miles were all up hill and even if at times I was walking, I was powering up those hills like there was no tomorrow! Last couple were all down hill - WEEEEEE. The course was absolutely beautiful & my runners high certainly kicked in overdrive! I ended up finishing 16th overall and 4th in my AG. Katie A. ran the half where she kicked major booty finishing 9th overall, 3rd in AG!! My pace has certainly not been where I want it to be lately, but at least for today, none of that seemed to matter! Happy girl, Happy day!!!

    Nice going! I know what you mean about running trails and the outdoors ~ my 4th of July morning hike at Fremont Older and running down those hill trails really re-ignited my love for running!
