      Beginners: Drop your knees to the floor until you build enough strength to support the body with the arms. Practice Knees, Chest and Chin if Chaturanga is not possible.

      An amended Homer Simpson: duh! :) People are not that patient though, and they are embarrassed to use their knees, even if I model it that way. I need to find a way to help each participant be comfortable at their level. Practice makes progress!
