Nicely done. Please tell me why you skipped an outside run for the lousy treadmill?

I needed to do it before work and its too dark to run from 6 to 7am when I need to be out there. :-( At least I feel like I'm getting some of my money's worth out of my gym membership. Good news is that my commitment got canceled tomorrow night, so I be able to run outside then. Yay!
