major side stitch entire run. ouch. had to stop and walk several times. broke my rule of allowing 45 min to an hour for breakfast to digest. wont make that mistake again!

yeah, the hike wasn't until 9 and I'm an over-achiever like that :) By the feel of it, it probably should have been a rest day from running.
