    Feeling better than yesterday. Got an earlier start now that its light enough at 6:15 to head out. It was kinda cold! The sunrise was beautiful though.

    A nice drizzle started coming down about half way through the run. It was kind of nice actually. The clouds were pretty cool this morning too. Not a bad run, wish I felt a little faster but it is what it is.

    Did 2 loops with a friend. Felt ok, haven't been getting a whole lot of sleep so I'm sure that affected the run. I'm just glad I was able to get a somewhat long run in before the rain hits later today.

      Sorry you're not feeling well. Remember when 8 miles WAS a long run? You still maintained a strong pace for feeling crappy.
