    Loving my perfect 5K loop I've discovered. After seeing that my first mile was under 9 minutes (8:42) my goal was to keep the next two under 9 as well. Success!

      Nice job Alison! I'd definitely call that a success. And, I'm guessing it was fairly consistent if your first mile was roughly the same as the overall pace.

    Visiting my parents with the baby. Walked from their house downtown to visit my mom at her volunteer job with Corban in the Bjorn. Broke a sweat! Carrying him like that adds a challenge.
