    First run of 2014. Seriously. It's been a long, cold, sick winter. But I'm back! Felt great today. No watch, no music, just prayers in my head and heart the entire way.

    Discovered a shortcut to the Oak a Leaf Trail, so I've got a new go-to long run route now. First two miles were slightly downhill, so last two on the way back were brutally long, steady climbs.
