    Treadmill 4 mi 00:56 13:57 pace

Feel good, a little tired, my right foot arch, ball and I guess bunyon area were sore, and twingy especially towards the end. Have been working on mid foot striking, and it's great for my back whi... read more

  2. walk
good Treadmill Walk 3.52 mi 01:00 17:02 pace

Wanted to burn some calories, averages 5% incline at about 3.5 or 3.6mph for an hour, was a good walk...felt it in my calves. Was able to keep it in my 'fat' burning zone the whole time...that was... read more

  3. swim
    Swim 288 Lake 750 yd 00:20 46:55 pace

This was pretty much a slacker of a swim, not sure about the distance (an estimate) and Devin interupted me 1/2 way through and we breast stroked and chatted for a bit, so time is off too. But it ... read more

Tonight was high resistance, was a good workout and felt great afterwards. Didn't hurt that I took yesterday off to recoop from Tuesday night.

  5. swim
    great Swim Lifetime Fitness 1000 m 00:29 46:40 pace

Had to hurry a bit at the end, they were starting a class and basically pushed me to get out...which is fine, I was only planning on 1000 anyways. First time doing swim before work. Was fine, but... read more

  6. swim
    great Swim Lifetime Fitness 1000 m 00:29 46:40 pace

Had to rush a bit at the end (not that it made me any faster as slow as I am), there was a masters class and he thought I didn't know and interupted me in my last 2 laps...all good.

  7. FIT
blah Spin Lifetime Fitness (Emily) 01:30

I went to hard for too long and got the 'wake up in the night twitch and achy' thing, which I HATE. But was a pretty hard workout.

  8. FIT
alright Spin Lifetime Fitness (Emily) 01:30

It was actually a REALLY good workout, but I pushed a bit too far. I thought the class started at 6:30, but it actually started at 6:45, so got an extra 15 minutes that I wasn't expecting. I felt... read more

  9. RUN
    Treadmill 3.5 mi 00:47 13:29 pace

Was a bit bored despite Harry Dresden doing his best to keep me entertained...but...got my time moving done.

  10. RUN
    Treadmill 1 mi 00:14:00 14:00 pace

First brick in 1 1/2 years...didn't feel too bad considering it was after 30 mile bike ride.

  11. VELO
    Trainer 30.38 mi 02:00 15.2mph pace

Felt pretty good, took a break about 1:20 hrs into it, had a chocolate milk, then at it for another 40 minutes. Watched freaky netflix documentary called Flesh and Blood.
    Did brick jog afterwards

  14. swim
    Swim Lifetime 1250 m 00:36 46:38 pace

I suck at math, when I'd finished I thought I'd done 1500!! Turns out would have needed to do 5 more laps to accomplish that lofty goal! haha....will work on it, this was far enough for now.

Found a cool distance calculator. Just for person notes: i'm averaging 34 meters per minute, which sucks...but would like to get it to 50 meters per minute.

Just back, arms, shoulders, planks, knees strengthening

  17. FIT
    good Spin Lifetime (Zo) 01:15

Was a good class, I pushed myself, which is what I like to do during spin since it's only 1 hour long. Usually get there a bit early so that we can get a little extra in.

  18. FIT
    blah Elliptical Lifetime Fitness 00:30

I don't know what it is about the elliptical that makes my toes go numb, painfully so. I'm going to try wearing my VFF's next time and see if is something to do with the shoe.
But, probably won't ... read more

There are very few good trainers at these types of facilities. It's really unfortunate. Sorry you are hurting!

Yea well, it was a free session that I got by joining the gym. I could tell that they were annoyed that I decided that I would rather do body tests (threshholds and other stuff like that) through Memorial Hermann Sports Med Institute (which I highly recommend, they have been really great there, and are definitly not there to take you for your money, if they think something won't work for you, the recommend you don't do it).
