    I’m not sure how I feel about this one. The first half was great and then it all fell apart after the 6 mile mark. Overall happy I got out there but I hope my performance is better on race day.

    I did this hill run a while back and totally failed. It's a flat route that ends with two killer hills. I ended this run feeling great and was able to recover after the hills. NO STOPPING!

    Illness, being up between 1am-4am with a baby who doesn't need sleep, and all around sluggish from an all day training. Just wasn't a good mix, but got out there for a run.
