    Honestly, cut my workout short by 10 minutes. I just couldn't get motivated and my body is sore and really tight.

    I'm usually not a morning workout person but adjusted schedule so that I wake up an hour earlier to do it. Can't wait till tomorrow to start the workouts.

      Thanks for the little "talk" with Angie, I got out there. Considering it was intervals I thought it was a pretty good overall time. Once I decided to get out there I didn't try to talk myself out of it. I have a habit of doing that.

      You go girl! A little secret I use since I run in the afternoons, I put on my running tights about noon to get myself ready. It seems harder to talk myself out of it if I am already halfway dressed. ;)

    St Patricks Day 5k. Pretty chilly at the beginning of the run, very windy 25 mph winds. Pretty decent run, had a good time.
