27° at the start of this run. My son wasn't feeling well last night, so I didn't get a good night's sleep. I was exhausted before this run started. My legs felt ok, though, and my anke(which was sore after the 25k on Sunday) felt fine. Have a great day, everyone!

Unfortunate for no sleep but good the body was doing well, nice run Alfred!

Aww, I hope you feel better soon and your son as well. A lot of us seem to be struggling after running races over the weekend.
