It was 55° at the start of the run this morning(low 60s by the end). I used the smiley face but this was not easy today. I normally only carry one 22oz bottle for my long runs, but I decided to carry 2 today. Carrying that extra weight definitely made a difference(although the extra fluids did help)! I was definitely feeling it in my arms by around mile 12 or 13(and in my legs shortly after that). Other than that, this run felt ok. Three weeks until the New Jersey Marathon. It's taper time.
