      Get some wrap from a drug store and stabilize it! You may be able to get through 14 pain-free with a little extra support. Might be worth a try if it's still hurting tomorrow. Sorry about this minor set-back. Luckily the extra mile repeats this week aren't 100% necessary for a race so close... just good for maintaining your fitness. You're ready to go - just stay confident.
