  3. Still not journaling until I'm well again. Working through some IT/Hip issues that have me sidelined for this marathon cycle. Hopefully I'll be back again soon.

  4. I've been slack at keeping my journal because I'm just running reduced volume, easy miles until some IT pain subsides.
