I think you may be heading for a sub 4 at NYCM this year with those repeats. I've followed your training....and if you don't get the sub 4..it will be darn close......:)

amazing pace! I actually met Yasso this past Monday at the ING Marathon event and he was hysterical! He said he can't go anywhere without someone asking him about Yasso.
