Happy to announce I am back running. Ankle felt really good on this run. I kept the neo brace on. Iced immediately after. Took this run very easy. Making sure my form is on point. Happy and safe training to all. Back to my regular schedule programming - March Madness.....

Glad you're back on the road, Alex. I broke my ankle 15 months ago and have been fighting to get my running game back in form. Nice pace for a recovery workout as well.

@Brian, ouch! Ankle injuries can be the worse. Even when it's healed. Somehow it still looms around like a bad relative. Hope you're back 100% soon.

And I know about ankle stuff. I had a fractured ankle that required surgery. Screws and stuff. UGH! It's all better now but it was horrible to go through!
