I am liking this swim workout...might have to copy it for myself ;) Did you do intervals for the main set, or just a straight 1k? Also, what drills do you like the best? I try to do a few 100yds of drills, and never know what one's are best to do for form.

Thanks @Scott. @Kurtis yeah it was a straight 1K. I like one arm, quick catch and side balances among a few.
